好吃的魯肉飯從古早就傳下來的手藝,經過了半個世紀,口味仍然是一點也不含糊,用切好的豬肉先以紅蔥頭和蒜頭爆香,加入水煮成魯肉飯的湯汁。金針排骨用的是豬大骨熬的高湯,加各種料都美味喔,有金針、赤肉、豬心等。
